Here are some frequently asked questions from our customers and prospective customers.

 Q: How much do you charge?

A: We normally charge by the hour for maintenance work. Jobs are charged by estimations which includes: Hire costs, tipping costs, etc. 

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we are covered by Public Liability insurance up to £1,000,000

Q: Will you maintain or work on my garden while I am out or away?

A: Yes we will, if it has been previously arranged and we have access to your garden.

Q: What is the preferred method of payment?

A: We normally accept cash or cheque as the preferred method of payment. We currently do not accept credit card payments.

Q: How often can you visit?

A: Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly. It is entirely up to you, we cater for our customers needs.

Q: Do you perform tree work?

A: Up to a certain size, yes. Trees in some areas are covered by conservation orders and some trees are not covered by our insurance. If this is the case then we will give you a recommendation to a specialist tree surgeon.

Q: Can I buy my own materials for a  job and you provide the tools and labour?

A: Yes, in fact we would recommend this as it would make the job easier for us.
